Erin has been following the Specific Carbohydrate Diet since 2001, successfully treating her Crohn's Disease with diet alone. She and Robin love to work together to provide people with all of the recipes, menus plans, cookbooks, and more on NoMoreCrohns.com so they can also succeed and thrive on the SCD. In this course, they show you how to make some of their favorite SCD Thanksgiving dishes. Erin's husband Jim is a chemist, and enjoys creating delicious recipes Erin (and other SCDers) love, such as Jim's Fluffy Pancakes. In this course he shows you how to cook a delicious SCD turkey along with some amazing SCD gravy.
